So it’s Cinco de Mayo. Not being from Mexico this isn’t a terribly meaningful holiday for me; however any holiday/drinking excuse should generally be celebrated. Coincidentally, it is also Vlad the Vegan’s first anniversary/birthday/milestone. Essentially we’ve been doing this for a year, whatever you want to call it. Hooray!
