Economics

The economy’s going in the crapper.  What to do?

I found some great art history links out on the web.    Not to worry.  They will distract you.

First, there’s this page of Art History Resources.  From what I can tell it has organized a ton of other websites by art history period.  I’ve been spending the last half hour flipping through baroque art.  Good times.

Anyway, from that site, I found this other site, the Web Gallery of Art, which is basically a bunch of Western art from Medieval through Romanticism (12th-mid-19th centuries).  Very extensive and well organized.

Anyway, off to drink my coffee and stuff money into my mattress.  Enjoy your Monday.

Body Painting

Normally I think that Body Painting is just an excuse to be tacky, and for the most part I am right.  This morning on Stumble Upon something came up though, that made me grin thanks to my 18+ course hours in Art History.

NSFW, but not Pornographic either:   Examples of Body Painting.
