OK, now I know there is nothing more boring than talking about healthcare.  I know people would rather watch paint dry.

But here’s what I’m not understanding about the whole debate going on right now:

Is there really a segment of our population that thinks that they would live forever if it weren’t for government subsidized healthcare?

I mean, the oldest man in the world recently died in England.  He was 113.   If he had been living in the US, would he still be alive and kicking?
