AT&T Sucks

Come on, I’m paying an arm and a leg for service and I’ve had no signal for 2 hours.

No 3G, no nothing.

I go to your website to try to find a number to call, and I get a page load error.

Are ya’ll a company or a giant, slow Ponzi scheme?

Yargh!

I call tech support and get put on hold without talking to a human.  Crappy techno music.

Blood boiling…. getting angrier….

Listening to them try to pitch me on international calls.  Here’s a thought–how about you get the US calls working first?

Argh.

Talking to a rep now.  Why do I have to repeat my phone number?  If I entered it at the beginning of the call, what makes you think that I don’t know what it is?

I’m so tempted to start a Twitter account to complain about this, but I think Estragon’s got that cornered.

Ah, rep is back.  Tells me there’s an outage in Texas.  Really?  No kidding?  Maybe you should ask me for my phone number again, for “security” purposes.

Is there an ETA for that?
